On 25 October 2013 I contacted Kalahari via email regarding a hard drive I had purchased on 13 October 2011. The device was a Transcend StoreJet 25D2 Series 2.5"" USB 2. External HDD - 500GB; the item carried a 3 year warranty and is still under warranty. The device had failed and I contacted Kalahari on this day (25/10/13).

3 days later (28/10/13) I got a response from GERSHWIN MILLER confirming my product being covered under a 3 year warranty. I was told I could have the item exchanged or be refunded to my kalahari profile. I sent an email on the same day opting for a refund.

(29/10/13) GERSHWIN request my details for collection of the device to which I respond same day.

(05/11/13) Having sent 2 emails which there had been no response to, I called and spoke to Gerswhin who sent the a courier and the item was collected on 6 Nov 2013.

It is now over a month (28/11/13) and after numerous e-mails sent to which there has been no response. I neither have my device repaired or refunded and Kalahari has made no effort to update me.

These are such poor levels of service and I have the lowest regard for this firm and especially Gershwin Miller.

I demand proper service and resolution
