After having cancelled the airtime subscription in April 2013 you continued to bill and then I didn't even get the airtime. Out of frustration and total incompetence I paid up my account and closed it.
But low and behold what did I receive this morning... A statement for a closed account where you have freaking billed me for R70 airtime. I am tired of throwing fits in store... Sort this out!!
