WHY DO YOU SELL 3D TV's WITH NO 3D GLASSES!!?

I bought an LG 60PH6710 3D FULL HD PLASMA TV from DION WIRED BOKSBURG in the last week of July 2013. At the time the item was out of stock and I was content to wait for the item to be delivered. Upon taking delivery of item 3 weeks later... I opened the box only to find that the 3D glasses for the 3D TV was not included (???) When I phoned the branch to speak to Preggy (the salesman) about the issue, he assured me that he would check availability to source the glasses for me (at no cost to me, of course) as I repeatedly asked Preggy if the glasses were included the day he made the sale to which he feverishly assured me.

After Preggy confirmed that the glasses for that specific TV were not in stock, I decided to contact the branch manager, Charles and his feedback was that the glasses had to be imported from LG directly and it would take a few weeks.
Recently phone after 3 weeks. No stock yet. Charles has mail confirmation from LG that they are still waiting for stock... for a second time... again... after 3 weeks. He assured me that I would have the glasses by middle October. For a TV that I bought almost TWO MONTHS AGO. RIDICULOUS!!! I think that I have been way too patient.
