Please help deactivate my twitter account

Good day.
My name is Karabo Ntate, I created a twitter account years back and, I deativated it.
I googled my name few months after that and, I saw it pop out of the internet. Only to find out my account is still active.

I have been trying to contact the twitter customer service in every way possible for the last 7 months to deactivate and remove my name from the web but, I haven't got response because, I have already forgot my password and, I am unable to rest it.

Please help clear my name. The twitter user name is Tennybey.
