Great service to retain a custome

I bought a couch at Fielli Fourways/woodmead, 3 years ago. The couch was missing clips that bind the couch together. I have visited the Fielli woodmead and for 3 years they have been giving me the run around on getting the clips. That includes their management. They will just take my numbers and every time I had to follow up on the whereabouts just to be told they don't have them.

Then I found out about the new store in silver lakes - Pretoria. On my arrival I was treated by a great gentlemen by the name of Victor. I explained to him what I was looking and he checked with suppliers and management to see what they can do. After 3 years this issue was resolved in 10min. The manager put out a call and got the clips for me. I was so happy I gained confidence to buy Fielli products only from this store. I also got a great deal on bedroom suite and mattresses. They went the extra mile to even deliver the mattresses I bought from another shop as part if their delivery. Also included was that they will come fix the couches when they deliver the bed room suite. Great service from Victor and his management team. You guys are great
