Incredible Connection
Not willing to beat competitors price!

Attended Cavendish branch of IC (Incredible Connection) today to buy a replacement USB charging cable for my iPhone. Saw the product for R229 at IC. Went next door to Look and Listen and saw the exact same product, in stock, for R169. This is a saving of almost 25%!!! Thought I would give IC a chance to better that offer. Salesman spoke to the manager who couldn't care less about me, and told me that they would be able to match the price. I was told that it was not possible to beat the price of Look and Listen. Suffice to, they lost a sale and I bought the purchase from their competitor next-door.

So to all and sundry, be warned of Incredible Connection. They sell you last years tech at next years prices and even if you catch them out with their ridiculous mark-ups and find the same product for less somewhere else, they certainly won't make any attempt to beat it. So don't let yourself be a sucker, shop around and anything you find at IC I can guarantee you will find cheaper elsewhere. And that's a promise.
