I went to Makro Rossburgh on 15 sep 2013 to buy grocery and pick up specials like I always do. I came across some platinum batteries by the tills advertised like this: 8AA 4AAA platinum batteries now R55 was R79 or R89 some thing like this. The till did not pickup this promo so the cashier called a manager. She walked around the store to verify the promo while I waited for 14 minutes and when I went to ask for her the second time I was told that I must wait for a further 5 minutes and that's when I decided to leave the trolley full of groceries plus other items because I was not planning to spend my whole morning for someone or a store that has no regard for customers. Actually, no I shop there all the time I have never had such bad service, but the manager on duty had no regard or time for me. It's a pity people like that are in high position and failing to uphold the values... Pathetic to say the least!!
