Rude staff

Good day
Saturday 14 September 2013 I bought a bicycle at the game Rustenburg Waterfall Mall. We follow the instruction available assembling the bicycle. We heard a hissing sound and found that both tyres were completely flat and could not be re-inflate.
This morning I took the bicycle back to the game store and told them that we follow all instructions on assembling the bicycle and that I feel the flat tyres after one ride was a sign of bad quality or some other problem. It would not happen in my opinion if it was good quality and since we followed the available instructions. The sport department member with another male came to check the wheels because I told them I was sure it is not punctured there is some other problem. The tubes burst according to them.
What make me very angry was the looks and laughs I got while they where chatting away in a language I did not understand right in front of me. I found that very rude. Sarcastically they offer to patch the tyres. I told them that was not going to help in any way. I were upset by the staff who openly laughed at me and made it clear that the problem was due to a fault on our side. WE FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS!
