After delivery being two days late I call and get told didn't have items in stock, but we refunded your e-bucks. I ask why no one contacted me? the reply is we sorry. So no call to ask if they can deliver late when new stock is in or if they can cancel my order. they just cancel with no contact and now my daughter does not have nappies. extremely unhappy that have to use disposable nappies now!!!
