Specials Advertised in isles not charged at tills

A sign in the isles advertises cat food on special. When I got to the till, I checked to see if the special price was reflected as I have been cheated out of the advertised price before - only to realize this when I got home. The price charged was indeed the normal store price and not the special. I pointed this out to the teller who then said that it is only certain flavours. I told her that it wasn't mentioned on the advertisement and she became rude and aggressive. After waiting several minutes for her to go consult someone, she came back threw a packet of kitten food down in front of me and told me that is what is on special. I just confirmed with another Spar branch that all flavours are on special! This woman's attitude towards me was so rude and threatening that I told her to leave everything and walked out of the store. I will never go back to Spar Mercado centre. What an absolute disgrace to advertise something and then treat your customers like a dog when they query your mistakes!
