Positive turnaround to bad attitude of salesperson

Thank you to Kevin, who is believe is the manager at the House & Home at Parklands, Boksburg. The behaviour of Susan - salesperson there lead to me wanting to cancel a deal. Susan's attitude leaves much to be desired as she happily explained the cancellation process and was not prepared to provide customer service after she sold something that was not available.

Thank you Kevin for your positive attitude and providing feedback to me. Note to self - your sales person Susan cannot be trusted with your customers!!!
