Do not open store on time!!

I am very upset with the MANAGER: SUSAN at Mr Price Home Potchefstroom.

Many people were standing outside waiting for the store to open.
Even the MANAGER is waiting with us.
AFTER 09:00 I just asked when the doors will open - just to be answered by SUSAN WILL A FEW MINUTES MAKE ANY DIFFRENTS.
DO NOT TELL THE CUSTOMERS THE STORE WILL BE OPEN AT 09:00 AND IT IS ALREADY ATER 09:00. HER SARCAMS IS UNACCEPTABLE
