On the 6th Aug 2013 I had to insure a vehicle very urgently and was waiting for a return call from Susan. She didn't dial the correct number and thus couldn't get hold of me.By that time, few hours later, I was properly fuming and raging. She handled the issue, and me, with TOTAL PROFESSIONALISM.
