I have bought a lounge suite in 2011 and have complained that it is damaged, and no has come back to me and i have to keep on phone to find out what is going on. the keep telling it is with Dr Furniture bur to date nothing is being done i am still paying for this and also paying insurance, they need to pick my lounge suite up and give me a loan one in the meantime for my children. my ref is 188185. hi hubly appeal to you to please help me i am working very hard to pay for this and it is not fair and i have been very patients
