Damaged Lounge suite

I reported that the Lounge suite that I purchased a year ago was damaged. They promised to have the suppliers come and pick it up to have it fixed about 2 to 3 months ago. To date I have still have not yet heard anything from them.

I bought the lounge suite cash as well as purchsed other furniture from the store on account, but they are unable to help me when I brought in good business to the.
I am highly disappointed and quiet franky don't want anything to do with them anymore. They must just give me my money back!!!
