I bought to Mango pants at Edgars Eastgate mall on Sunday the 8 September and on Monday the 9 September i went to Southgate to exchange and the lady called Itumeleng who was helping me said Mango does not allow exchange she said she will do the reversal which she said the credit wont be available immediately so I had only R250 available so I had to pay cash of R450 for me to be able to buy those 2 pants and I noticed wednesday when I was checking my balance on *130*334# that the R699.95 it not reversed as yet I called the customer care and the consultant advised I must call the store which they could not help me they said i must bring the slip to the shop which I asked them if they will compensate my petrol and Itumeleng called me and say he is going to sort it out and come back to me which she never did that I need this to be sorted out because if i did not notice Edgars was going to rob me R699.95 and I am asking myself how many time have we been frauded like that.
