POOR QUALITY @ EXORBITANT PRICES!!!

Good day...

I procured a pair of formal slacks from Edgars in Centurion Mall, last year. The top of it is done in a strip of leather or similair fabric. Due to the length being too long, I left it at Edgars for alteration. For some unknown reason, 2 months later, I received the pants unaltered which I discovered when I wanted to waer them a few weeks later! I gave it back and got it a month later. After having them on the 2nd time, I felt something poking me & on investigation realized that the hook on the pants had torn through tthe leather fabric and had damaged the pants. I still had the invoice, so I took it to Edgars at Centurion Mall and asked them to repair it. The lady said that it could not be repaired so I asked for it to be credited and was told that due to it being the previous years stock, it was no longer on the system and that she could not credit it and when I asked to see the manager, apparently he was not there! I have the slip with the code of the garment and it is damaged due to it being of poor quality. These slacks were reduced from like R400 to R200 and that was the reason I bought them because I though they were of good quality and I am disapoint
