Sick of house and home

We recently purchased 18000 worth of furniture at house and home... after we had paid them the stories began... first they had no idea what our order was... then proceeded to tell us that one of our items needed to still be ordered... after they had told us once we had paid it would be ordered... its now been 2 weeks... and they have only ordered it today... thwy also promised delivery today, which hasnt happened because the payment hasnt been captured..shouldnt that have been done the day our payment was received??? Needless to say Im very upset at this so called 'service'
