Requests ignored but quick to block phone

For three months I have phoned and emailed Nashua Mobile Canalwalk as well as their Customer Care line requesting that my banking details be changed because I have changed banks. For two months the debit order still went off my old account. End August I phoned and emailed to say my old account is officially closed and that they must please ensure that my banking details be updated. Last night my cell phone was softlocked because my debit order did not go through. AGAIN they ignored me and now my phone is locked. It is ridiculous!
