I bought a Polar CS300 around January 2012 and really love all it's functions. Just a pity that I'm still struggling to download training data to my laptop. I've done all the steps (step by step) and just have no joy. I contacted Polar on 2 December 2012 after which Harold replied within 2 days. Once again I've done everything he told me - also asked my husband to take all downloads off my laptop and start all over again. Still... NO joy in downloading data. After hours of struggling I got the weblink to start a transfer... just to say, after 20% has been downloaded, that there is "no answer"? How do you explain that... it's busy with a download and suddenly no "communication". I contacted Polar again on 15 January 2013 and Sipho phoned me on 16 Jan. He said he would send me a link to follow when I want to do a transfer and phone him, and he'll try to assist. I'm still waiting for the link. It's so frustrating that you pay around R2000 for something that has the ability to be an excellent product, but you can't use all the functions you pay for!! I'm really desperate!! Unfortunately I don't have money to buy a similar product to use... which probably will NOT be a Polar!
