Hirsch's
Excellent service

I went to Hirsch's boksburg on Saturday to buy a dishwasher. Cosette the sales lady helped us and gave us all the facts on all the different makes and model. She was very professional and helpful. We decided to go with a certain model but unfortunately there was only the one on the floor. We wanted is but on closer inspection from Cosette she noticed that the dishwasher has been used already. She informed us of this (and not hide it). She went on to arrange another one from one of the other branches. We also wanted a Silver Defy chest freezer but unfortunately there was no stock and they placed an order for one. Monday as promised I received a call from Cosette to say that they will only get stock end of feb but they will give me another model in the meantime. Now this was service I have never experienced before in my life. They even delivered both items for me @ no extra cost. WOW is all I can say. Hirsch's just got a customer for life and I will tell all my friends and family to support them as it was truly a pleasure buying from Hirsch's boksburg.
