Ordered product online and never delivered

In March 2013 I placed an order online for a Tommee Tippee Manual Breast Pump, order went through. I requested for the product to be delivered to Edgars Greenstone Shopping Mall. For the next few weeks I returned to Greenstone enquiring of my order only to be told everytime that they have no record of any such order being delivered or ordered. I therefore requested that should something of this nature come through, that they should cancel it completely as this is complete and utter rubbish.

Due to the Post Office strike I have not been receiving any of my statements, I called on Monday, the 09th of September 2013 to request my statements via email, I received them and only to find on my April account that I was charged for the product that I had never received. I have been calling countlessly since Tuesday to get this problem sorted out only to be passed from pillar to post with no help whatsoever! I spoke to Alden from your online department, told he would call me back but surprise surprise nothing! I have been on hold for the passed 15 minutes waiting for Alden to take my call!

What is going on, is no one able to assist me? This needs to be sorted out ASAP!
