Poor service

1st experience I went to the store on my lunch to buy food when i get to the kioski i waited as the was no one five minutes past without any body doing something or advising that i will be assisted I left the food there and left as i was angry because they dont treat customers well.

2nd time i went to buy grocery after paying at till i wanted air time they cashier directed me to the kioski when i got to the kioski they directed me again to another cashier, i left again without geting what i needed.

i believe the is lack of management at that store as employees are doing what they want and not actually doing their jobs please send a mistrey shoper prefereble black you will see what i mean

kindly adress this problem because is not only happening to me i'm just voicing my concerns
