BAD ATTITUDE BY TELLER

On 12 August 2013 I went into pick n pay greenstone mall Cigarette kioski wanting to buy Dunhill cigaretes, The lady at the till was not interested in helping me while she continue to speak to the security quard. i waited for her to assist me and eventually i got her attention. I requested Dunhill pack of 20 the red one. she said to me which one at that tone that indicate to her that im irritating her, i said to her the red box pack of 20, she then handed me the wrong one and i said not that one the other pack of 20 she then shouted at me. i said to her why are you shouting at me? she said i dont know what iam looking for. i then said to her 'Dont shout at me and never shout at me, if you have problems, dont offload them on me" she said iam the one who has the problem. i then ran out of words and left the shop went to Game where they assisted me with no problem. I am now thinking twice about pick n pay.
