I get contacted by Home Choice maybe 3 to 4 times a week asking me to order something and telling me how much I am valued as a client, last week Thursday I was contacted and the sales person asked again and I gave in and ordered and Electric Pressure Cooker, he told me it will be delivered by the end of the following week which is tomorrow, this morning I received an sms to say that its been dispatched, I phoned to find out when the delivery will take place as I work 60km from home and need a date and time to make arrangements, they cant give me date and time- very inconvenient, I also found out that the parcel will not be delivered by the end of this week it was delayed, I just wasn't told till I inquired, so I feel deceived from the time I placed the order, I have to have someone on call for the next 7 days in-case they decide to deliver, no one let me know there is a delay, and the Call Centre and the Manager was very unhelpful, I am very unhappy and this is the last time I will use them and will not recommend them to anyone.
