Bad customer service received from Trainee Manage

Good Morning,

As regular clients to your shop in the Brooklyn Mall we where shocked by the level of bad service received from one of your trainee managers namely Veronica Raath. I'm not sure what training the managers go through before they are allowed on the floor but this lady really needs a evaluation on client service.
She interrupts a person while you are trying to explain the problem and is not willing to listen or compromise in any way. We bought a product namely Nivea Visage Q10 advertised in bold letters on the shelf for R99.99 but where charged R121.99 as she insisted. She refused to change the price. I'm really sorry but if something is advertised at a certain price is that not the price you pay then? Even the cashier and packer stated that this statement regarding the advert on the price you see is the price you pay is right. Veronica would not listen and insisted on the original price. She was very rude and unprofessional, did not apologise for any inconvenience and has a BAD ATTITUDE. Her body language and lack of client service is really not acceptable. Not sure if we or anyone we know will be shopping at your store in the near future if this is the type of service
