Did not receive product I ordered

I pre-ordered the day 1 edition of battlefield 4 that includes the 1st DLC. After the DLC released I realized that my copy of the game did not include it. I have to pay and additional R120 to get the DLC. I've sent emails to which I've received no response, phoned them twice and still have not heard anything from them.

If I can't get this resolved then I'll be forced to use takealot only from now on.
