After putting an offer on a vehicle and faxing all relevant documents, application put through to bank they sold the vehicle. The dealer said the deal was taking 2 long but they only had the car on the floor for 5 days. He had the audacity to whatsapp me this " Hi Zayne, the outher salesman sold the 320d cash today. But we have an 320d sportpack that will come in, in the next few days then we can make a plan for you on the next 320d."no apologies, no phone calls, nothing. Really disappointing service!
