Faulty advertising

Purchased products at PnP with special prices valid until 10-22 Sept, on the 11th of September prices were still not operational or valid, we were unaware of this until we saw we were overcharged, front desk did not help and our money was not reimbursed. This has happened more than once. PnP sort it out!!! Service not good enough.
