Beacon
What is going on?

I entered the Beacon compatition, (send in 3 bar-codes and win) which was done. I received an SMS stating that I would be contacted within 72 hours (a week later, and still waiting). I then phoned the tel. no given (0860005342), which said there was a backlog of getting in touch with "winners" and to please be patient. Which I was, but now as you can imagine, and NOT!! I get an SMS saying that they tried to contact me, but couldn't (my phone never rang) and to please phone the following no (0116767702) which is the Pick and Pay helpline, which only rings! Who am I supposed to get hold of? the 0860 no seems to "have a problem"? I have even sent them an e-mail, but have had NO reply!! What is going on?
