Issue still not sorted out

My original complaint on Hello Peter is dated 24/05/2013. Broken couch. The couch was collected and delivered back to me STILL BROKEN!!! I wrote on the delivery slip but of course Weatherly's clearly don't check their delivery slips or bother to do a follow up to see if you are happy with the repair. I am totally disgusted with the service all round that we have received and have decided to go elsewhere for the 2nd couch we want made, and any further home furnishings. I will also not recommend Weatherly's to anyone I know. (my mother is currently refurbishing her guesthouse - Weatherly's will definitely not be her first stop anymore) The only time you get any service from Wetherley's is when you complain.
