I've been calling for months... don't get answers!

In February, March and April I purchased from Rochester Montana. At the time I spoke to Denise (salesperson) and explained to her I was remodeling my house so I would need some time until I could have it delivered. During the course of these months I received multiple calls from Rochester asking me to pay the remaining amount so they can deliver.

When I could receive the furniture I then made the full payment for all 3 invoices and struggled to get my furniture delivered. Among the items I bought were dining chairs that had to be reupholstered. I wish I had checked hello peter before making such a huge mistake. On one of the calls to get the payment from me they said the chairs would be ready for delivery in 3-4 days. That was 3 months ago. I managed to get the rest the of the furniture with Teboho's help.

I have spoken to Teboho since Denise no longer works there. I struggled to get a hold of the manager Nico that called me 2 weeks ago saying he would keep me updated and that in 2 weeks the chairs would be delivered. In these 3 months I have to call every 2 weeks and every time there is some different problem and it will take an extra 2 weeks!
