Shocking service

Last night i went to knowles spar in pinetown where i ran in for a couplke of items and was trying to run out. upon getting to the cashier the lady was very rude, and very slow. with her being slow she still managed to mess up a card transaction. trying to fix the problem the packer was walking up and down looking for someone, finally a supervisor was found but then she did not know what to do. so i had to stand there for another 10 minutes while they figured out what to do.

after apologising to the patron behind me waiting to be helped the guy turned around and said no problem it happens often.

I must say after the shocking service i do not think i will be going back again. Especially in this day in ages 3 people handled my cheque card in one transaction and walked away from me with it.
