Woolworths
Appalling service!

3 friends and myself went to Woolworths Cafe at Nicolway on Sunday 20 January 2013. Chaos doesnt even begin to describe our experience. It took 30 mins to order drinks, 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive, another 30 minutes to order food, another 45 minutes for the food to arrive. When it did arrive it was cold. I had my little girl with me and I couldnt even get them to bring her food first. The place was in total chaos - waiters running around not knowing what was going on, waiters shouting at each other. Clearly they are understaffed and need some sort of leadership on a busy Sunday morning. I am reluctant to ever go there again.
