Great Service in difficult circumstances

I felt it necessary to express in words the continued excellent service that I recieve from Shahied and all of his team on the 2nd floor Sale Shop. I have been shopping here for a number of years and always experience the friendliest smiles and willingness to assist or share a joke.
This floor is not an easy place to work - demanding customers, confusing signage, continually varying specials, overstocked rails, etc - AND for the last MONTH there has been NO ESCALATOR or LIFT functioning - but despite all of the problems the staff always greet and assist to the best of their abilities. a big thumbs up to all of them!!
