NEGLECTING TO SORT OUT WHAT I OVERPAID BY R9000.00

I have overpaid my account via eft in the amount of R9000.00! i immediately picked it up and send through all the necessary information, went to get bank statement, filled in forms, scanned proof, made all telephone calls to Zinhle at the remittance department. e-mailed her. this took place on the 30/08/2013- After numerous calls to her she said she will sort it out straight away! She read my mail only on the 4/09/2013!!! I called her again after that which up till now absolutely nothing! I am reporting her to the consumers act as well. i have always been a paid upfront client who never ever skips and also who pays more than my installment. I accidently press 10, 000 instead of a R1000.00 and i did go and sort out all the neccessary paperwork, went out of my way to ensure that all is good and still, this lady keeps me hanging and all she needs to do is the repayment!!! How difficult can that be. I am really upset as i have never kept Edgars hanging and this is really unproffesional and un educated of this person! I need to have this reported to the highest person who at least can get my money paid back to me! This is rediculous as today is the 9th and still nothing!
