What do I need to do to get my money back??

Edgars owes me R2, 283.27. I paid my account in full but overpaid by this amount due to their online account information being incorrect. I went to N1 City branch on 20 January and Leanda there tried to contact the accounts department for 35 minutes because the amount was too large to be refunded in store. She could not get hold of them and asked me to email my bank details and what happened to her and they will sort it out.

It has been a week and a half now, I have emailed twice after that and have had no response and the money has still not been refunded. If you pay one day late they harass you but now that I need my money back I am receiving no help or feedback whatsoever.
