Pathetic bad service

On the the 27th March i made a payment of R763.94 into my edgars account. I paid at the Edgars redsquare in Bryanston and was assisted by a lady called Tuki. When i asked her for a printout of my slip she told me their system had just collapsed and that the payment did not go through. She admitted it was a fault on their side as the money was already debited from my bank account. She took my details said she would sort it out and call me but i have never heard from her or seen her ever since.
i have been to their store so many times and after endless fights with whoever i wud find at the store a lady called Ritabile decided to intervene and said she would logg a call with headoffice. i submitted my bank statement and gave her all the proof required.
She later called me to say she had logged a call and that the money would be deposited back into my bank account within 48hrs and to this day nothing has happened.

I keep getting rude calls and sms's from their consultants telling me to pay and that the account will be handed over. This is rediculous and pathetic as i could be blacklisted for money i have already paid!
