Not happy with the repsonse

I was dissappointed in the goods that i collected from Fielli in Springfield on 5th of August. I was so excited to collect my sofas but only to find that they the fabric underneath it torn. Apparently the queries are handled by their head office but i was surprised that they stored the unit in their shop and did not know it was torn. Now it has taken them about a month to repair this. The guy that came out to do repairs says he was not advised what was wrong with the sofas and went away. I am still waiting for a guy named Rafiek to send his guys out to repair.
