I've been having my Truworths account for 6 years now & I've been a loyal customer all this years. To prove that my credit limit has been increased annually. Just like all other busy customers I sometimes don't pay the account before the set deadline. I was suppose to pay before the 4th the total due which is 2 times the instalment. I couldn't pay last month because my grandfather passed away so I was out of budget. The collection agent called me on Friday the 6th of September 2013 around 10:00 am. I told her that I did not get time but I'll be paying before Friday next week, the 13th of September the amount I was suppose to pay. She tried to persuade me to paypay before Thursday which I said no because I don't want to break any promise. At 18:00 on Friday the 6th of September again I got another call from another agent. I asked the person that but I've made the arrangement already for Friday next week the latest. She acknowledged the arrangement & I told her I'll be paying by Friday. I was really as I was driving home. As if that is not enough, today on Saturday the 7th of September, 6 days before I honour the arrangement, I got a voice message & missed calls from Truworths
