Harrasment by Blake collections and Truworths

My wife was retrenched and made an arrangement with truworths to pay them 220.00 monthly. They agreed and we have been paying that monthly. However my wife have received in one week 3 sms's from Truworths threaterning her that she will be placed on ITC and then another that she has been placed on ITC. Furthermore Blake collections phoned her four days in a row accusing her on breaking a "promise" that she will settle the full account of 706.00. My wife did not make a promise like that as she has made an arrangement whi ch we have kept. Noone can supply proof of the promises made by my wife as they claim they don't update the profile when they call her. My wife have suffered a nervous breakdown due to the retrenchment and the mounting debt, and I have informed one of the tele sales people of that. That was last week thursday and the lady told me that she would inform everybody that my wife must not be contacted. I gave them my cell no. As incompetent as they are, on friday morning they phoned my wife again, and she was again in a state when I got home from work. I have given my details as I do not want anyone to contact my wife
