I hAVE AN ISSUE WHERE BY SOMETIMES LAST YEAR I RECEIVED A BEAUTIFUL MULTI-COLOURED HANDBAG FROM ALDO STORE AS A GIFT, THEN AFTER TWO MONTHS OF USING IT I REALISE THE HANDS ARE TEARNING APART, IMMEDIATELY WENT TO ALDO BROOKLYN MALL TO SEE IF THEY CAN SEND IT IN FOR REPAIR, THE MANAGER TOLD ME THERE'S NOTHING HE CAN DO IF I DON'T HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE AND I DID EXPLAINT TO HIM THAT I DID RECEIVER IT AS A GIFT I DONT HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE. BUT STILL THE HANDBAG IT HAS ALDO EMBLEM ON IT? I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY IS SO DIFFICULT TO HELP ME :-( AS I DO NOT WANT REFUND I JUST WANT MY HANDBAG TO BE REPAIRED THATS ALL. AND KNOW AM STUCK WITH A DEMAGE HANDBAG I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT. :-(
