Service is beyond pathetic

After initially logging a complaint on Hello Peter last week, I was promised by Zureida at the Tokai branch that my refund would be in my account by today 6 September 2013 and confirmed twice, it is still not paid out to me.

Well after being promised follow up calls from Busi, that's all she has done today, never mind that I called your customer care number and was placed on hold for 7 minutes, all she can advise me is that it is being dealt with. Really now? Now it is sitting with finance, all this after it was CONFIRMED that my money will be paid out today. Busi advised me to contact the Store Manager John, who very nicely told me that this is not up to him. How serious do you people take this. On top of that my credit that was on my statement has been reversed according to John. What is going on. I want my money back. Can a senior person please contact me and assure that I get my money asap. This is now becoming pathetic!
