STILL NO FEEDBACK NOW I AM GOING TO THE NEWSPAPERS

I lodged a complaint last week, regarding an amount that was deducted. Phumudzo Thanyani was the Hellopeter consultant who contacted me and advised the refund will be processed. He advised I need to send a bank statement and a copy of my ID. I sent it and he advised it is not acceptable I need a stamped bank statement, I advised I do not have money to go to the bank as I am unemployed. He confirmed that the stamped statement is required. Eventually I borrowed money from someone to take the stamped bank statement to the branch on saturday. Phumudzo did however advise that once the statement received I will get my money in an hour I therefore promised the person I borrowed the money from that I give it back the same day. The consultant at the branch told me that there is nothing he can do nothing shows on the systems and IF I WANNA GO TO THE NEWSPAPERS I CAN GO. I called the CC and they advised the same NOTHING ON THE SYSTEM. TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY PHUMUDUZO NOT RESPONDING AND THE MANAGER I SPOKE TO IN THE CC LERATO... SO NOW I HAVE HAD IT THIS WILL NOW GO TO THE NEWSPAPERS..I HAVE A LADY KNOCKING ON MY DOOR CONSTANTLY FOR HER MONEY I BORROWED TO COME TO YOU!!!
