FORMAL COMPLIANT - AGAINST STORE MANAGER - SANDTON

My visit to your Sandton store was rather unpleasant, I am a regular shopping client to the TGF group and have built quite a few relationships nation wide with staff and Management. However with no professionalism and a huge disturbing attitude the current store manager Pamela seem to have found a problem with my request, whilst trying on a few garments, and after publicly humiliating the gentleman for attempting to deliver great customer service, she had the nerve to come over to me, with her disturbing persona and publicly integrated me on the fact that I ask for my shirt to be steamed, with out taking the time to say Good Morning Sir, getting to know me, and understand my value as a client, however seen me for the first time, so to her I should have been a potential customer, it was evident I meant nothing to her, her store or the TGF group. As advice, should it be valued, I would suggest you get stronger and more customer service orientated management, as much as your store / brand might be on the fore front of fashion, with out service, it will just be a location with color.
