Wasting my time and Bad Attitude

Hi I've twice been to the game at Gateway in during the month of January 2013 and at both time received horrendous service from the customer support division.

1st case I went to buy the Pro Nutro Active- and had found a better price a Makro- after making wait over 30mins for an answer from the service lady- I was told sorry I can't be helped because "Makro Springfield does not have stock"- bare in mind that there is more than one Makro in this country also note that Game pavilion where more than happy to assist the following day.

2nd case the Dunlop golf shoes where marked as R369 on the shelf and when I went to scan it the system said the price is R400 (approx)- I enquired about this and the same service consultant said sorry we can't help you- price remains as is after wasting yet another 30 mins of my time together with the 45mins of shopping I did at game.

This is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic service from a major store like this.
