Misleading custome

Ast week Saturdae my Dad took a two cell phones on contract, the promotion was getting 2 Blackberry 9320s.meaning the 1 is on contract the other is prepaid, my dad fetched the phones on mondae he told the salesperson he wants to keep his own vodacom number, but he was told to pay R105 cash and he was given the sim card which now his still waiting for his topup on his number. He went to Game store today they told him that sales person was wrong and everything must be redone, we will called we still waiting for the call, we very angry with Game cos this was a promotional deal. Hellopeter please Help!!!
