Still waiting on the topup

We complained about the incompetent salesperson at Game Store, my Dad is even thinking of takin the two blackberry cell phones back and cancelling the contract, he uses his phone at work now he cant no topup no BIS. We still waiting he was told on saturday the process is on within 48 hours he will receive his topup its Tuesday today nothing has happend!!! FURIOUS CUSTMER
