Fail to deduct debit orders for 3 months

My pay date moved from one date to another then i requested from them to please change the debit order date. From that month the debit order never again went off so it cots me lots of time (which i do not have) and money (because i need to travel to another town (30km) since there is not a Russels in my town) to pay my account! Im not happy and regret ever going to that shop! Nou i must once again pay my account cash that would cost me another day from work and traveling costs!!!
