CTM
A bad joke?

I manage a hospitality sector estate and we recently added 10 additional en-suite bathrooms. For the project CTM Ladysmith granted us a credit facility that we diligently settled every month. Today I called CTM Ladysmith to request a item and was told that I can't be helped because it has a new owner and our credit facility has been cancelled?! I was planning on collecting some tiles and bath tomorrow for a chalet that is suppose to be on line next week, and now what? How is this type of customer service possible is such economic times! Next year I have to refurbish all our bathrooms and I will have to look at other options in PMB if this is the way CTM thanks loyal clients.
